Alicia was excellent. I actually had a USAA agent but my wife wanted Alicia. She liked the fact that Alicia sold several houses on our block and we were more impressed with her after meeting her. I notified the USAA agent we were making a change and she told me I was making a mistake because I was leaving money on the table. USAA gives $1,000. 00 back at closing if you select one of their agents so that was hard to walk away from. But after working with Alicia, I am proud to say I'm glad I walked away from that $1,000.00 because the service I got from Alicia was worth way more than that. You can't really but a price on PEACE OF MIND and that's what Alicia gave me. I only hope I was not too much a pain to her.
